MyMakes : Aroma Yoga (Make & Take Workshop Set)

We are delighted to introduce you to our MyMakes : Aroma yoga collection, part of the Essential Knowledge Series.

MyMakes are recipe and information brochures that contain themed wellness objectives to support a variety of needs.

MyMakes workshop sets are ideal to use in educational / workshop or event setting where customers can make & create, following which they can then take away the remaining brochure and labels to inspire them to use their essential oils more. Workshop sets include 10 brochures & 10 label sheets (which contain both bottle labels and cap stickers. BULK buy and SAVE. Each individual brochure contains at least 10 blend recipes, hints, tips and safety information along with other usage guidance.

Each set also comes with bottle labels and cap stickers to accompany each recipe in the brochure.

Essential oils can amplify your experience during yoga practices by enhancing the well-being of your mind, body and soul. This collection of essential oil blends was created with the intention of supporting the breath, posture and meditation to take your yoga practice to a whole new level.

We’ve created a unique multi use label that you can simply use as suggested in the brochure, or on alternative sized bottles of your choice as you personalise and customise to your requirements. May be you wish to make a half sized bottle as a sample. The labels can be trimmed with scissors to fit a variety of bottles as illustrated and indicated on the label sheet.

We love to recycle and re-use so we’ve also ensured you can trim the labels to fit onto your 5 & 15ml essential oil bottles and top them with a fine misting spray top should you wish to create a smaller sample of this recipe.

Essential oils required (but not included), to create the recipes are as follows (dōTERRA specific blends marked in italic): 

Basil, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cedarwood, Cypress, Fennel, Geranium, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Majoram, Patchouli, Peppermint, Petitgrain, Rosemary, Vetiver, Wild Orange, Ylang Ylang.

Additional items required (but not included) :

60ml spray bottle

Distilled or filtered water

10ml roller bottles or roller & caps if you wish to recycle your existing essential oil bottles

Dispensing tools (funnel, pipettes, droppers)
